This week we have been to SPACE! We have learnt all about famous astronauts and the different ways they have explored space. We thought about how we would feel going to space and who we would have to say goodbye to. We used famous key moments to make our own words to write and attach to our own astronaut. We made the role play area into a space station and the outdoor house was the base. We used space playdough to help us with our number bonds and counting on more or less. Our bikes turned into moon buggies and there were rockets everywhere! Moon rocks helped us to balance the scales and they were also great to roll down the gutters to see if there was gravity on our playground! The children have had such a busy week of learning.
