Year 1 visit to St Albans Abbey
My School Outing, written by Jamie Levene, 1H
On Wednesday 5th October my class went to The Cathedral and Abbey Church of Saint Alban. I saw the stained glass windows and we looked at the Rose window. We then made our own stained glass window. I had lots of fun. We learnt about our five senses and made a tile rubbing, rubbing over the floor with wax crayons. We went on a trail using our five senses. We tasted Easter eggs and they were very yummy and on the way I felt happy. We smelt the flowers and they had a lovely smell. I had a lovely day.
